Energy Healing Tools: The Emotion Code Chart
A weekly spotlight on Energy Healing Tools of the trade.
Today’s tool is: The Emotion Code Chart - a list of 60 difficult emotions, compiled by Dr Bradley Nelson.
When we experience difficult emotions we are less likely to accept, feel and process the sensation. Therefore, rather than allowing the emotion to release naturally, we may repress or trap the emotion.
Using this chart and a technique developed by Dr Bradley Nelson, you can identify and release Trapped Emotions directly from your subconscious.
How to use The Emotion Code Chart
During an Emotion Code session, an Emotion Code Practitioner, will muscle test a series of yes/no questions to confirm:
You are ready to release a Trapped Emotion;
Which column the emotion is in;
Which row the emotion is in;
The emotion;
(and if required) The age it became trapped.
Note: While each row on the Emotion Code Chart represents the part of the body associated with those emotions, (Eg anger from the liver, heartache from the heart), the columns are simply to help speed up the decoding process.
Why use The Emotion Code Chart
The Emotion Code book and modality was my first introduction to the wonderful world of energy healing.
So as a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, I'm certainly biased when I say: The Emotion Code is the simplest, most life changing way to release emotional baggage.
